Certified Tenants is a company dedicated to improving the landlord and potential tenant experience through comprehensive assessments of reviews, credit scores, and other relevant factors. Although possessing an exceptional concept, Certified Tenants required a distinguished brand identity, thoughtful tool development, and an overall polished website interface. This is where Eugeniuses stepped in.

The Challenge

Before becoming our partner, Certified Tenants already existed in the market, albeit with some limitations. Our main obstacle was to establish a robust and resonant brand identity that embodies every aspect of what Certified Tenants represents, in addition to creating intelligent tools to meet all the required demands, such as pre-visit forms, credit inquiry, and e-signature.

The Solution

In order to efficiently cater to the needs of Certified Tenants, the Eugeniuses team meticulously crafted and deployed three newly developed tools. They used Laravel for an elegant user application framework and Figma for all the design on the website, including branding as well.
